Using human body parts seems like desecration to me. It's disrespectful to the dead, it does not honor them. I say let them rest in peace, don't use their remains as part of a rum drinking, spirit possessing spectacle, as many of these ceremonies tend to be (though not all). I've heard the animals sacrificed aren't eaten. If true, that's senseless animal murder to me. Yup!!...Thats true, Santeria don't do ZOMBIES..Santeria is of all that is made from the hands of God, Nature. Meaning, Water, Earth, Wind, Fire, Herbs, Animales is what represents La Santeria. But, Vodoo deal with diffrent concepts, I mean they are Both African Religions, and ofcourse you can see the African Influence in Both, But are waaay diffrent in Ceremonies beleive that.
