This is the kind of stuff that actually made the show, at least for me, and that is Victoria Lord always being in some sort of danger. (Aside for her sister Tina's antics, of course). And then along came crazy Maria Roberts who went after both sisters! LOL

Aside from mitch lawrence and jamie sanders austin buchanan was a top contender for best soap villain of all time!! lol

It's been so long since I've seen this...what was the storyline with Austin? I forgot.

Austin was Bo's cousin and he became obsessed with Sarah and of course with this being a soap everyone pretty much got involved in this story at some point and it ended with Austin holding Viki and Megan hostage at the Palace Hotel where he then died after shooting Viki and that led to the DID story with Megan and Marco!

Oh, okay. Hey 80sOLTL, wasn't there an episode where someone tried to kill Vicki in the hospital? I remember some guy (posing as a doctor) was trying to keep her from crying out while he tried to give her a lethal injection of some sort.

I am not quiet sure that may have been during the Eterna story where this guy tried trying to kill her or turn her into Niki Smith that is the only occasion I can think of. She has been attacked so many times and nearly killed LOL

Yes, Victoria was shot in 1989 and again in 1990 by the police commissioner. It was that shooting in 1990 that she had the stroke.

this is the start of the story line when Viki is shot and is turned into a vegetable, also seeing Viki get shot turned Megan into Ruby Bright.

Yes seeing vicki shot did make megan alter ruby come out, but I think Vickis stroke happened when the police commisioner shot her near the conclusion of badderly island.

This is great, VickRobCal!! Do you have the clip right before this when Gabby pushes the wine rack on Sarah and then he pulls the gun on Viki?? Such a great scene! Viki's face and shock are priceless!
