He said "Mere factual innocence is no reason not to carry out a death sentence" which means that if you had fair trial and after it evidence of your innocence was discovered you should be killed anyway. He is mentally disabled.
The problem with olbermann and his show is that it's not like a real news show; it's more like a blog that snipes at its ideological foes. Very unbecoming and parasitical.

Keith Olbermann is a egomaniacal, self-congratulatory blow-hard. A washed up ESPN sports "commentator" turned political "expert" and judge extraordinaire.
After all, Olbermann is a graduate of Cornell...Cornell cow school that is.
Olbermann is a phoney and a dullard....and HE is the worst person of forever. LA!
..alas Keith has it wrong this time. Scalia's treatment of the prefatory clause of the Second Amendment is quite clear. It does NOT affect the operative clause the the people's right to bear arms shall NOT be infringed.
Quite simple really. I guess Keith's producers didn't read the three-page abstract of the majority opinion handed down today.
HEY, Professor Turley, get back on the show and edify Mr. Olbermann please!
1. Lou Dobbs can't be governer. They can't even govern over his hair! He won't run.
2. Sean Hannity is an idiot, plain and simple. He started his career as one of Ollie North's supporters, thus he got a show. WTF?
3. The Supreme Court is filled with nine old gasbags who would rather play across party lines than do what's right for the country. An independent panel of advisors would be best. A great alternative to the "Supreme Court". What a bunch of assholes.
Oh shut up. Lou Dobbs is a fool and a hypocrite. He hates illegals but employs them. Hey, the Supreme Court rules along party lines and that's the truth. Outside of Brown vs Topeka and Roe vs Wade and the civil rights rulings, what good has the Supreme Court done? Cowboycarl, go ride off into the sunset.
Don't forget, his lapdog Thomas. A true douchebag...never speaks in Court, doesn't seem to have an original thought in his head (unless it's pornographic).
Really? Thomas is even more worse as a role model than the scores of gangsta rappers, crack whores, drug dealers, and gang members of the "black community"? Those are real fine roles models, aren't they?
Sure they are. They are just bad role models, and no matter how poorly you may think of Justice Thomas (probably based more on his conservative jurisprudence than his blackness) there is no way he, in comparison to the kinds of role models I listed above, is worse than they.
O yea, well thats very true, But it has nothing to do with his blackness, that ion and of itself is a genralisation, i dnt support him because of the first part you said, his conservative viewpoint
ok. I only addressed the black issue because, despite your saying that his blackness has nothing to do with it you first wrote that Justice Thomas is the worst "black" role model ever. So, you would agree that there are blacks who are worse role models than Justice Thomas, but where political views are concerned Justice Thomas is not your cup of tea?
Well, theres more to my reasoning, see I LOVE politics, And I dont support politicians who support Originalism in politics...And him being an African American, I dont see his justification in wanting to deny group rights and benefits under the law, hes against progression is how I feel basically, Id say the same thing about Scalia...but thats just me politically, I am proud of the fact that he is a Supreme Court Justice, I'd love to be there one day, I just disagree with his views

Scalia is a douchebag.
(I would leave a more intellectual comment, but that seems more fitting.)

He IS a douche, though. :p

If he really was an actual douche product, it would be the most stinky vile and un-refreshing low cost douche on the market.
