Thank you. I'm glad you liked my free improvisation piece. Yeah, that is one of the preset progressions built into the DR-3. The DR-3 has a intro/start, Verse A, Verse B, Verse C and End sections for you to create your progressions with. Although it isn't the same as having a real live drummer in the room, it's a great tool to jam with.
I bought it off my music teacher and I've been happy with the tone this amp gives out. It comes with 2 built in effects, chorus and reverb, and its own equalizer. The Lead channel is great for when you wanna rock and the Rhythm channel is great for playin blues. Alot of control over the sound. Haven't played any gigs yet personally, but I agree with others who said it may not be the best amp to use at a big gig, but IMHO, its a great little practice amp or small gig amp. Hope this helps.
Can you compose your own drumline, with custom timing, beat, crash....? How many custom drumlines can you store, and how long are they? Are you satisfied overall (price, sound realism)?
Can't say I've mastered the DR-3 myself, but I'll answer best I can. Yes, you can compose your own drumline. You control drums, cymbals, timing, etc. There's space to save 100 of your own creations. The price is great for those on a tight budget. Comes with 1/4 inch and RCA (Red/White) jack outputs, Footswitch plug and MIDI in. I ve plugged the DR-3 into a couple of different amps and get great sound realism that way, or you can plug into a stereo. Hope this helps. Thanks for the comment.

Sure thing. You turn the big knob marked 'Value' till you see P012. If we're talking about the same thing its the Hard Rock 5 preset.

The guitar sounds amazing. Is that a tribute or an American made s-500?
j4g39 3 years ago
Thanks. Yeah, that guitar really came through for me in this video. It's a Tribute S-500 and plays sweet.

Could you please give me some info about the DR3?
Can you compose your own drumline, with custom timing, beat, crash....? How many custom drumlines can you store, and how long are they? Are you satisfied overall (price, sound realism)?
