yes they are def illegal but if you dont act like an idiot all the time they dont really enforce it. I had it on for over 4 months and had no problems so.

@bigpatten86 no way you can get a way with it in texas....... my friend did it and they pulled him over 2days afterwards and red flagged his truck where it wasnt allowed to be moved anywhere under its own power..... so they had to get it towed to his shop and put a normal exahust system and he had to go to court and prove he had fixed it....... damn hippies..... its no louded than any Harleys......
