You know,it's a real shame that we as Americans can't find a way to preserve wonderful bits of old school Americana like this. We went there for years when I was a kid. My kids might've enjoyed it,now that they're old enough to appreciate the stories behind it. It lives now,only in my memories. At least they can't tear that down.

Amazing!!!!! I grew up in Chippewa Lake, although I never got to go, as I was only 5 when it closed. My grandfather, grandmother, and mother all worked at the park for many many years. Anyway TERRIFIC JOB!!!!!
