Flood = some stuff that are eating everything alive, alost killed all the Ancients who made the rings.

Ancients = made the halo rings that could kill all life in a galaxy to starve the flood. the ancients died (i dunno why), but the floos was still running around. tada! now you see the flood is still alive running around on (one of the ancients?) a planet.

Covenant thinks that the ancients are gods, and that when the rings are fired they're gonna be redemed (did i spelled it right?) no letters

I doubt that there's no strategy in this game. It sure is a pretty cool game, but is it worth to be called as "Real-Time Strategy"? Just look at the Starcraft, World In Conflict, Company of Heroes, Homeworld, C&C, etc. I think Halo Wars is more like hybrid of arcade+sub rts.

Nah. Read the books, Alpha Base in Halo: The Flood lasted a long time agenist flood, after flood attack. Shotgun = Infected form (Humans, Aliens) and Assault Rifle = The infection form. (Popping heads)

Humans are good agensit the flood, read the books (Halo: The Flood) where Alpha Base was attacked and attacked by flood.

Humans are not just a slaughter house when it comes to the flood.

In Halo: Combat Evolved, the Captain and Sgt. Johnson's group killed over 250 of those things. Non including other dieing from the 'Pop' of the one who was shoot.

Example: In Halo: Combat Evolved on level 343 Guilty Spark, I play as a Marine (Check my vid) and I save the 3 marines who walk into the room.

There are ways to stop a parasite from entering your body. A) Kill it or B) do stuff that won't get you infected.

The flood is not more...Then...A human case of worms. Cook meat till it's ready, and not pick (Alot or Raw) and you'll have less chance of getting worms. Same with flood. Just you have to kill them, and the infection formes....Pop, like popcorn, which causes a chain reaction of pops of popcorn.

Halo seems related to Starcraft in several ways, but I'm not going into a lot of detail. It's just that the Flood and the Zerg are almost identical. The original Zerg were little parasites, much like the Flood. The big Flood controler things that controle the Flood (because I can never remember what it is called) is similar to a Cerabrit. They are also both creepy. VERY creepy.

mc was cloned as a child so that his parents wouldnt notice that he was kidnapped by the UNSC, he than got trained to become one of the sixty spartans. After all the spartans got injections that would strengthen them half of them reacted negatively to the shots and couldnt fight anymore so they were sent to ONI or something. those 30 quickly became like 15 and after reach, 4 i think or 5. air units are good.. but if u need some ground units, use flamethrowers, they're best against the flood. marines only beat them as odst's.
