you're supposed to do the rotations during the entire dip down and push back up, not do a quick flick at the end of each. that means u should be at 0 degrees at the top, 45 at 1/2 way, then 90 at the bottom.
there's no doubt this guy can do pushups but he can't do the proper "perfect pushups". so because of that, and the fact he doesn't rotate the full 90 degrees, i'd say he's done ZERO "perfect pushups" and therefore failed at his own challenge.

I will challenge you as I have this at home. With all honesty I do about 200 pushups a day on this thing and it works pretty well. I mean REALLY WELL!!
I love the Perfect Push Ups. They're so easy on the wrist. A push up is perhaps the best exercise for building strength and muscle there is and it really works the abs. Let's don't argue about who does it correct and who doesn't. If it works the body parts and builds muscle, it's good. I think this guy did a nice job and if you think you're better, hey, post it.

I bought the Perfect Pushup handles last night for the challenge. I did 60 this morning in one minute,and my form deteriorated half way through. Tough exercise which gives an awesome burn. So if anyone is going to comment on form, you should probably go out and get the Handles before you open your mouth and comment on anyone else's form. And if you have them, stop doing them on your knees. TRIPS!
Its quality then quantity, work on ur form man... Nice job tho i can only get up to 45 then my arms give out on me... I do them slow though..
