the graphic change ruined theses titles, i would love to see a new 2D style FF. The modern graphics have all but ruined the title, it needs to go old school

@MrDarkTides The focus on graphics pretty much ruined the entire genre. All the RPGs were better back in the day when they focused on story and gameplay rather then how fancy they could make the FMVs.

Nowadays the romhacking and RPG maker communities are putting out the best games.

Man, did Square make the best damn games in the SNES era or what? I mean look and listen to this beautiful opening scene. Nothing like this had been seen in video games at that time. The snow, traversing a mode 7 landscape, with the music and the credits telling you how awesome of an experience you're about to have. Damn that's good stuff.

how come people call it final fantasy vi... i know this game by FF III....and it was for the super nintendo.... im so confused.

@l3urton It was Final Fantasy III for the SNES in America, but in reality it's Final Fantasy VI. Square did not ship out Final Fantasies II, III, or V, and just said that IV was 2, and VI was Final Fantasy 3. They fixed it since then.

@shymirror I was hatefully biased towards it too, but after seeing the playthrough I began to like it. I also understood the hype about "Eyes on me". I liked 7 best.

in my oppinion Final Fantasy 9 is the best final fantasy because it gets amazingly interesting after disk 1

I was just saying yesterday that I wish there was a way to just watch the game on Youtube. I'm playing it for GBA at the moment, but can't figure out Blitz. Which is sad, since I've done it on Playstation. Thank you for this!

One of my favorite openings of all time. It's really great to watch this version since the music wasn't butchered and it was the original. 5 Stars!
