Well, the only reason I didn't deep fry them was because I didn't wanna waste all my shortening(or oil). But you can totally deep fry them. They will most likely cook evenly quicker but watch them so they don't burn to a crisp. n_n Hope you have fun making them. Thanks for commenting.
