What makes this a music so unforgettable is that even tho none of them could really sing, they all possessed a type of charismatic flow, and was smoothe. they felt What they were singing and knew how too play good, no great music. muddy didn't have much of a voice but the it didn't Matter because he played the Hell out of a guitar and had sex appeal the same for wolf he couldn't really sing but his voice was like thunder and rain and he could play the Hell out of a harmonica.

Watching videos of the real Wolf, this guy wasn't quite as threatening in real life as he comes across in this movie..but you have to respect him for 1)not allowing Chess to exploit him the way others were..Wolf refuses a Cadillac saying, "I own it (this old truck)..it don't own me", then refuses an advance, and 2)protecting his people, not allowing Chess to denigrate Hubert, then taking out the gunman at the bar after he shoots one of Muddy's band and then aims at Hubert--while Muddy ducked...
