Neither McCain nor Obama qualify to be president, McCain, while a citizen, can not be a "Natural born citizen", because he was born outside the country. Obama does not qualify regardless of the location of his birth because he was born to father of British nationality, making him a dual citizen. While Obama may be a legitimate citizen, he can never be a "natural born" citizen and that is the requirement, according to the Constitution!

So he his entitles to have his citizenship back, but he never went through proper procedure. Neither McCain nor Obama qualify to be president, McCain, while a citizen, can not be a "Natural born citizen", because he was born outside the country. Obama does not qualify regardless of the location of his birth because he was born to father of British nationality, making him a dual citizen. While Obama may be a legitimate citizen, he can never be a "natural born" citizen and that is the requirement, according to the Constitution!

@ShamWoW5 He never filed the paper work to reclaim his citizen ship. In general you have to file some forms and such, he didn't. So he his entitles to have his citizenship back, but he never went through proper procedure. An explanation why he hasn't brought forward the original would be suffice, maybe he lost it, that happens, the fact he has said nothing as to why he hasn't.

1: deny access, if it exists and requester doesnt qualify to see record

Not that you will understand but Rush never said he wanted America to fail but when you listen to fringe media, cbs, nbc, cnn etc., you'd think so. He said he wants obama's socialist policies to fail, as do I. That Komrad thing hurts, as much as that racist thing does when someone disagrees with obama's socialist policies, meaning it doesn't.

It's amazing, in his second comment above pitter43 advocates running your government out of Washington, holding show trials and then executing the "demcrat/liberals as the traitors they are" but the only thing you pick up on is the mildly abusive term I used in my last comment.

In Hawaii there is no Long Form or Short Form birth certificates; just the Certifiation the President produced from the outset. In the words of Bill O'Reilly and Ann Coulter "there is no issue here"

Your Courts have thrown out all cases which allege that your President was born abroad. The authorities in the state of Hawaii only issue Certification of Live Birth when a birth certificate is requested; no other document is issued. You can provide no evidence whatsoever that he was born anywhere else but in Hawaii. Are you telling me you can't get your hands on the Havard Law Review? I can and I'm in Ireland.
