That's the most easiest and efficient cast net throwing method I have seen. I tried all of the methods posted on YouTube and yours by far the simplest and affective casting style. Thanks for posting it.

@cheeeeezitz to throw the bigger nets i find u hav to spin so face your back to where u want to throw it, never tried it with a 12ft or so but use it for my 8 and 9ft nets
