i know the difference when it comes to aircraft i live under the approach to London city airport look it up one of the busiest airports in the world and we see them all the time dayand night and at night the bottom of the fuselarge is lit they are unmistakable even from adistance of 5-10 miles,so the images ive seen are NOT aircraft on the approach and even when in the holding position high up are still easily recognisable as civil aircraft
