I think a lot of what is below is personel preference, I find your work brillant only wish it had text or audio or slow it down so a tutorial which is for teaching can be learned. To many simply showcase there ego's. you have talent why not share!

You have a lot of technical knowledge of the tools in Photoshop, but absolutely no idea of how to do a beauty makeover that looks real. Join NAPP and learn the proper way to do it. This is equivalent to handing a child some paint and it being used for finger painting.

way overdone, eyes overdone way too bright and unreal, skin way too saturated look like she got a big big sunburn, black around the eyes is too thick, learn to not over do your picture.
