Surprise! Government doesn't care about accountability. They tricked and scared everyone into line with blatant lies. Calling them on it is worthless. They know they lied and you fell for it.

To the global warming comment at the end: that's how it works. It gets warmer followed by a deeper freeze. The bottom line is it's natural. Human behavior has very little if anything at all to do with global warming. Mars is going through the same thing right now at the same rate as Earth.
