Phones are getting quicker and quicker, and do tend to get hot, The Tour is no exception, but neither is the Bold, or the iPhone or Pre, This is just a result of the ever quicker processors being put into devices, So it's going to become ever more common.

I have the Pre and don't recommend it. Every friend I have that owned one, had to get a replacement. The physical hardware sucks, software lags at times, and no video recording just yet.

trackball stuck on ALL phones that have trackballs. But not everyday. i have the Curve 8330 friends have the Sidekick girlfriend has the HTC hero it all get's stuck. And hell yeah u'll get used to the keys after like 3 days since i txt alot i got used to the keys. Just Learn keybinding and shorcuts it'll help in the long run.

yes. you need to get internet and stuff on it. but if you know someone who works there, i think there is a way for them to wave that. But they wont just do it. you need to have a friend or family who works there that would be willing to do this.
