We Indians should realize that all systems be it judicial, parliament, police etc are part of our society and we cant change one in isolation. everything has to improve simultaneously..

Do you know why FBI is so successful? because of freedom from any political pressure and interruption. In India how many cases has been handled properly by CBI? Because CBI is now a tool of politics, you make it free from political pressure and command it under President then see how our CBI clean our parliament and system.

The main reason for corruption is the lack of fear of punishment and a president can do this unquestionably. As I mentioned an internal intelligence agency would continue find out corrupted people and terminate their services so our system would be cleaned and public would have trust on it. Later public would keep an eye and quickly report for any corruption, right now nobody want to complain because they know that nobody is going to listen them.

Listen, there are many IF and BUTs so we will have to sort out them. Do you think all US presidents are saint? Answer is NO! A president may be corrupt but it won't going to be Hitler at all. The main reason for US's strength is there presidential powers. US president can discontinue anybody whether he is a minister, IAS or other high profile person and no Senate can prevent him by doing so. But before doing this he must give a reason and Senate must accept it. So power is balanced.

then we can start any step for reforming our justice system. Create an internal intelligence agency whose primary task to find corrupted people and suspend and terminate their services by presidential orders without any politician interfere. Such organization won't need a complaint but it works like an intelligence agency to find corruption threat. This would pose a fear in corrupted people and they will think twice before asking for bribe. Quick punishment is only solution to corruption.

Agree that our justice system is totally spoiled and not working but no more than 10 people in parliament would agree to reform justice system to make it effective. The only and one solution can be that give more power to Indian President. Create some organization who works independently without any interfere of any politician who just need orders from President. When such organization powered by president would completely throw out all criminal politician then our parliament would be effective.
