With some experience you should be fine if you pay attention to detail on just ordering parts through Stew-mac or another similar source. Just be sure you have the bending iron or bending jig ready for sides.
im actually starting in a week or so on my first guitar. I have full access to a large CNC machine as well, so pending on the out come i could be productive, but how hard was the assembly on the martin? should i get a pre-made kit first then make my own molds? I've been doing organ case work for a year now and custom mill work for 7. but im still afraid... yes or no?
Ha! No very much the opposite. I'm still learning and getting started in this art and science of luthiery. I'm just passing on what worked for my others.
