Try to flow the taps a bit more, use fluid handwork, like your fingers are made of water, use a circular motion to cycle back and forth.

dont know if this might help u or not. I'm no expert my selfe, but try to relax your whole arme with your palm on the guitar and only use the wrist when u tapp, not the whole arm. that way i think you may hitt the notes more tight.

The only thing I can say is keep practicing and tap as long as you can so you can build up stamina. Also trying to stay relaxed while playing helps.

on the 19 fret u pull off then hammer 10 to 14 frets on the B string :)

it means you start on the 19th fret, and pull off the 10th, then hammer on to the 14th. so you'd use one of the fingers on whichever hand strums, to tap on the 19th, while your pointer finger is on the 10th. after you've tapped, just hammer another finger onto the 14th fret.

to help the sound your getting from your right palm hitting the strings to go away, you can tie something cloth around the neck. like around the 4th fret. it just mutes the other strings

Nope, only using one string...I used quite a bit of reverb though which could be why it sounds like that.
