All the scientific mumbo jumbo is a bit difficult to follow, but I think the gist of it is that in both pictures there's a guy with 2 eyes AND a nose! Notice they both also have NOSTRILS! And what appears to be a MOUTH! It seems clear they both used their mouth for breathing air!

The most difficult part to explain away is how could 2 people not only have those features, but also be able to turn their heads (on what some experts call) a neck!

Very hard to just dismiss all that evidence!
