  • NORO LIM, ASFALOTH!

  • Im Arwen telin le thaed... lasto beth nin tolo dan nan galad.

  • The fair lady Arwen approaching, gleaming of light and sun, all shadow is driven away.

  • I used to take part in epic riding sequences and shout, "If you want him, come and claim him!"

    But then, wait for it...

...my horse threw me into the River Bruinen.

  • What grace is given me, let it pass to him, let him be spared

  • did some one just say twilight is better ?

  • "If you want him, come and claim him"

  • Yeah LOTR is pretty epic but Twilight is better :trollface jpg:

  • @DfRaid Leave now. and NEVER. COME BACK!!

  • @Game1ngAssass1n LOL your comment made my day. Perfect thing to say to a comment like that.

  • @Game1ngAssass1n LOL!! ROFL!

  • @DfRaid :ohcrapface.jpg:

  • Thumbs up if this is the best movie/book saga/triligy of the century!:D

  • @Killershark i do that to but might be possible with the hobbit movies.. if the length is around 3:30 each movie then your looking at 18 hours of films x.x you would be dead by the time you get done wit the fellowship xD. Then again that would probably be an epic 18 hours.

  • love the books, loves the movies, love the music. It's just all perfect

  • masz racje

  • KURWA nic po Polsku.

  • 0:30 Frodo, lasto beth nîn, tolo dan nan galad

  • Lord Of The Rings is the best movie EVER.. Nuff Said. ♥

  • Nin o Chithaeglir lasto beth daer rimmo nin Bruinen dan in Ulaer.

Waters of the Hithaeglir, hear the word of power, rush, waters of Bruinen, against the Ringwraiths.

  • When I listen to LOTR soundtracks, I closed my eyes and I could just see every scenes that go along with that particular soundtrack... :)

  • I was adding this sound track to my list of favorite Orchestral music, and when I came to this, it sent chills through my body. I love music that can do that.

  • @Thundertitan222 0:00 - end is epic lol

  • 666 likes again D:

its a work of Satan !!!!

  • i love how we all know what is going on from hearing the music! lotr will always being so amazingly awesome <3

  • @snoopdoggisking I second this

  • 3:30 - end is just epic!!!

  • what kind of singing is from 0:00 to about 0:30?

  • would love to see the lyrics of these songs, too.

  • "Give us the Halfling, She-Elf!" - that gives me chills each and every time! <3 the Nazgûl

  • @theovermindliveth I suppose it comes with the restriction of making a film. You have to introduce important characters and leave the lesser ones - even if it means compromising (in this case on a fairly unimportant point).

  • I love LOTR so much! Hence my username haha

  • "No. No. Frodo! No, don't give in!...

What grace was given me, let it pass to him...let him be spared."

A truly amazing scene, but Liv is pulling that horse's head up too much. Other than that, way to go Arwen!

  • @iiixySaTnAfLaNiF

In the up close shots she is riding a fake horse. :P

  • @KoopmanG Dang. And here I thought there was actually a celebrity who could ride a horse. Besides Viggo. Eh. Whatever.

  • "If you want him, come and claim him."

  • *KICKS SOMETHING* I was searching for this song for half a year!!!!

  • Why was the ending of this song so said again? I really have to watch them again :O

  • @PindaLollie

Remember that Arwen had rescued Frodo because he had been stabbed by the Leader of the Nine at Weathertop? When she reaches Rivendell and Wraiths flee, she fears that she has lost Frodo.

    Thats why. :)

  • @thenaughtygemini Oh, now I remember XD

    Thanks! ;D

  • Every August 12th my friends and I have an Annual LOTR Fest where we stay up all night watching LOTR!!!!!!!!!

  • @killershark88

as much as an absolutely mind blowingly amazing film this is

i wouldnt watch it too much, then you know everything that happens in the film easily and it becomes boring

so i have an idea, im going to try and forget about LOTR and come back to it in a few years time

so i can relive all my childhood memories in on nostalgic awe inspiring 3 hours i advise you do the same

  • @halocinema1 I just did that yesterday. It totally works!

  • @Hisharu

yeah, now wait till 2013-2014 and watch it again

  • @halocinema1

By then preferably right after watching both Hobbit-Movies. ;)

  • @killershark88 i wish my friends would want to do this most of them like vampires not me

  • @killershark88 I have that like once a month! then i read the books.

  • @killershark88 that's a win if i've ever heard one

  • @killershark88 WOW! ** Yes! That's a really good idea! ** Wanna do the same! but no one of my stupid friends would do the same with me! =.= Can I join with you? :)

  • @killershark88 I do this on December 31th :3

  • @killershark88 i think you must do that the December 19th, because it's the day when the first movie of LOTR was released in Cinemas, or else, July 24th, that was the day when the first book of LOTR was released, by J. R. R. Tolkien. :)

  • @killershark88

I did that yesterday/today if you get what I mean ;)

  • @killershark88 You're lucky to have cultured friends. I wish i was your pal lol. A well spent day!

  • @killershark88 wow you guys are cool, NOT!

  • @pimptripp faggot, quit trolling someone who likes good movies and go watch bring it on, or high school musical, or whatever you and your boyfriends watch

  • @killershark88 Nice! I do it every december 26th with my dad, we started at 8:00 in the morning and finished at 8:00 p.m.

    It's so fun!

  • @killershark88 You should have it on August 14, then it can be Annual LOTR Fest AND National Creamsicle Day!!!!!!!!! My two favorite holidays!!!!!!!

  • @killershark88 Wow, most of my friends just think its gay, makes me sad.

  • @killershark88 why august 12

  • Tolkien would be very proud to see his creation being so loved by many fans all around the world. He truly created an epic saga.

  • @mrquin100 the most powerful scene in the episode IMHO ...great line and scene ! She was so fierce dammit! Reminds me of my ex gf lol...I'm not joking !

  • I am so in love with lotr...

  • If you want him, come and claim him!

  • I'm writing a paper to this music, and as soon as epic parts are played my writing just continues to get more epic, and it makes me wonder what would my writing be like if it was to requiem for a dream.

  • @KillerWolf29 Lotr music is 10x more epic than requiem for a dream in my opinion.

  • Harry Potter is amazing. So is Lord of the Rings. There. Sorted. Let's enjoy the video now.

  • @thed0dgydancer Well lotr is has more depth that is undeniable. Harry Potter is good but will never top lotr.

  • "Frodo...I am Arwen. I've come to help you. Hear my voice...come back to the light."

I can say it in Elvish, but I'm not sure how to spell it in Elvish.

  • Lotr will always be a legendary triology!

  • frodo needs to wax his eyebrows

  • "Come back... and to Mordor we will take you!"

  • I don't care that Arwen replaces Glorfindel. This is to show that not all elf-ladies are weak. Besides, LOTR needs to show more female characters. :p

  • Witch-King:" Give us the Halfling, She-Elf!"

Arwen:" If you want Him,come and claim Him!"

  • Noro lim, Asfaloth. Noro lim!

  • @TaneTv15 your dead to me...

  • @TaneTv15 noob lotr will be praised longer then harry potter lotr has much more meaning and depth in the story and the creativity of lotr will surpass harry potter

  • @thesuperjohn57 that's the stupidest thing i've ever heard. try reading lotr. not even the most dedicated fans can read it. his writing sucks, his characters are one-dimensional. the only reason you think it will be praised "longer" is because it's been being praised for years, while Harry Potter is a more recent development. Nevertheless, Harry Potter is more readable, more relatable, and is better written. Anyone who says otherwise is just fooling themselves.

  • @TaneTv15 trolololol you mad bro? lets just say harry potter is ok its just a bit repetative to me

  • @TaneTv15 the reason you think that his writing sucks is that you dont understand it.the literatur may be hard to understand at times but its still an amazing story with amazing charecters. harry potter is and incredible story but the thing to remember is that a lot of it came from lord of the rings. dumbledor from gadalf harry from frodo and a little of aragorn a aragog from shelob. in fact its almost impossible to read something that doesnt come from LOTR

  • @ettinger1231 There are certain similarities, but those are common things found in many different places. The character of a wise old man, like Gandalf and Dumbledore, is an archetype. And a young hero that never wanted to be a hero isn't exactly LotR exclusive, either.

  • I only wish they had used Glorfindel instead of Arwen

  • 2:19

    Oh Christ!

    Here we go!

    AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Arwenfindel she was called

  • 6 people are nazgul that didnt get to catch Frodo and went back to Mordor to cry to Sauron about it.

  • 6-7-8

  • If you want him, come and claim him!

  • Wasn't it supposed to be Glorfindel and not Arwen that does this scene?

  • @theovermindliveth Yes, you're right.

  • @theovermindliveth Yep! Maybe they thought that would make it too complicated for the movie..

  • @theovermindliveth Indeed and Lotr movies miss freaking alot of other stuff too :/

  • @theovermindliveth That's right! Noticed that too when I read the books. 'Cus yeah, when the movies went out, I was too young for that litterature.

  • @theovermindliveth

the scene as it is shown doesn't even exist in the books, but yeah, glorfindel found aragorn and the hobbits and heped them, not arwen.

  • @theovermindliveth

They had to show the relationship between Aragorn and Arwen at some point, and Im glad that they did. Its one of the most beautiful love stories I have ever read, And its surprising, because its extraordinarily ordinary and if someone told me about those kind of sacrifices today, Id just laugh and say "Cheesy." But somehow, never for them. :)

I know you just asked that question, and Im sorry for writing an excess of information, but I cant seem to stop myself when its LOTR.

  • @theovermindliveth Yep, I guess

  • @theovermindliveth Yea, but Arwen is awesome.

  • @theovermindliveth in the book yes

  • @theovermindliveth Yes, in the book its Glorfindel that meets up with them and helps out. Arwen isn't there at all!

  • @MarineTrumpet7 read what i put

  • @theovermindliveth yes but peter said he didn't want to introduce people through every movie because arwen doesn't appear until the 2nd book and that would of been a bit weird so he used her

  • @CrazyBoingPoop Well, true enough. But then, Arwen really wasn't a major part of the books. She was in them, in the same way that Radagast was in them. The romance was actually settled before the Fellowship embarked — there was no question of her becoming mortal or whether she and Aragorn would remain together. It was a move to make it more marketable. And I can't complain that much: it might not have been so successful, and Tolkien's legacy might have been forgotten.

  • @theovermindliveth yeah also it would of been hard to fit in and explain the relationship between them in one movie it would of been at;east another 30 mins long

  • @theovermindliveth Yes.....

  • @theovermindliveth Yeah, I was pissed off when that happened. I wanted to see Glorfindel.

  • @theovermindliveth It was, but I suspect it was written with Arwen to develop her character a bit and Glorfindel doesn't play much of a role beyond this, so it's an easy switch.

Movies, sadly, can't fit the entirety of a book in, even with a >3hour movie.

  • @theovermindliveth yea but they also left out tom bombadil and the barrow whites, and a million other parts

  • "Frodo! No! Frodo, don't give in! Not now!"

"What grace has given me, let it be passed to him. Let him be spared"

  • "Go back! Go back to the Land of Mordor and follow me no more!"

"Come back! Come back! To the Land of Mordor we shall take you!"

  • Arwen is definitely coolest in this movie... In the other two she's just kinda like damsel in distress...

  • Witch King: Let him go She-elf!

    Arwen: SHOOP DA WATER WHOOP!

  • @GutaarGod imma floodin' ma river

  • @MrFvdb that made my day

  • @GutaarGod Trollolololoooloolololoololll

  • 2:30- i always end up humming the people singing the two notes there, the DDDDUUUUUNN DUN.....

    DUN DUUUUUN DUN....

  • i hope they make a movie about silmarillion

  • I think it was a great idea for them to split hobbit into two parts, it just add more specificness to make the movies as close to the book, and plus, We'll have 2, not 1 more film to look foreward too!

  • @spacecase3196

apparently theyre putting frodo in it because no one will watch it otherwise

  • @schoolterrorist I'd watch it anyway, but I am EXTREMELY happy they have Ian McKellen as Gandalf again! Iwonder what they are going to do with Frodo in this one, since it took place before Frodo even excisted

  • @spacecase3196

i bet they mess up on Beorn's part and the goblins part

  • how epic would this scene be if Arwen and the wraiths actually had a sword fight

  • Thumbs up if you came here because you're pining for The Hobbit movie to come out.

  • @stevecav1138 I hope, I heard some faint rumors of it's making, but I do not know if it well ever go through production. Maybe they should wait til Harry Potter 7 and Transformer: Bark of the Moon reviews go down a bit, then they can hit if off big time.

  • @Scytherene122190 Ye they are making it they are filming/acting at the moment! i cant wait its coming in 2012 and it will be in two parts

  • @Zealot215 Yesssss.

  • It's awesome how this song goes from a beautiful & sorrowful tune to a SUPER intense rush of powerful music. Pure genius.

  • i MEAN six of the NINE ring wraiths dislike this!

  • 6 of the five ring wraiths dislike this

  • 6 people were washed away by the water

  • haha! i got to about halfway and then this reminder thing went....went back a couple of seconds and it happened again...then i realised it was from another webpage :P phewww

  • @MinecraftManiac147 ask google :)

  • Is anyone else getting goosebumps?

  • Im feeling goosebumps, The entire soundtrack is out of this world

  • When Arwen was speaking the incantation to get rid of the Wraiths, her words and her voice gave me goose bumps lol

  • "whats this? a ranger caught of his guard?"

  • Interesting lyrics: [2.31-2.35] Bârî 'n Katharâd [2.37-2.42] Îdô nêd nêpâm [2.42-2.46] Nêtabdam dâurad [2.48-2.53] Nidir nêpâm [2.53-3.00] Nêpâm nêd aglar [3.31-] ? • @ceroman wat?

  • @crazybrothersinc try reading to the end

  • @ceroman So you understand sindarin?

  • @IrishGodThe4th no need theres the internet

  • The Hobbits desliked this

  • the fact that like 60% of these comments are quotes just proves that lotr is still loved a LOT

  • @TheHotmud LoTR will always be loved!

  • @TheHotmud even praised I could say, by thousands of people, who either read the books or seen the movies

  • @TheHotmud he will b always loved my friend !!!!! i growed up seeing this movie (and when when i put in hollywood channel (in portugal) and lotr is rolling i spot what im doing only to see him) so ,yeah thats it ;D

  • @TheHotmud And that's a good thing :-) Desperately waiting for the Hobbit film too ;-)

  • @TheHotmud Heck yeah it is! Greatest book of all time! The Bible can go hide in a corner and... Ohh, you aren't religious, are you? If so, sorry!

  • @TpRunelover2008 i won't argue it's much more enjoyable to me at least to read than the bible which has been many years since..

  • Shelob is a fucking beast!!!!

  • @DUNKA2012 where the hell did u get Shelob from? this is the first movie when Arwen fought the Nazgul, not when they fought Shelob

  • This is the coolest song EVA!

  • frodo scares me

  • 3:30 "Frodo? Frodo, no! Frodo, don't give in. Not now! What Grace is given me, let it pass to him. Let him be spared. Save him."

  • "Come back! Come back! To Mordor we will take you!" The Nazgul are the ultimate bad guys

  • @udun93 until a light gets shone in their face

  • This is my Favorite musical piece from LOTR trilogy. It is the first appearance of Arwen, when she races against the Dark Riders to save the poisoned Frodo, the last few seconds of this piece is when Arwen Gives up her immortality to save Frodo's life. It is the most emotional part of the three films, for me...Liv Tyler was the PERFECT actress to play Arwen!!!!! Bar-None!

  • I think there are actually 4 idiot dislikers following each one of these videos and clicking the dislike. This is the 3rd one I've seen with 4 dislikes lol

    (This should have 0 dislikes)

  • Arwen: If you want him, come and claim him.

    (pulls out a sword)

    (Nazgul pull out nine swords)

    Arwen: What the f#*k

  • Arwen:

"No frodo! Don't give in, not now!!

    Please.. Let him spare..."

Elrond: "Lasto beth nîn, tolo dan na ngalad"
