Hey buddy, its so easy. Just download the files he gave on the link on the right. Unzipp it and copy it to the folder Library/themes from your iphone. To do this, use the program iPhone browser (google it) and install it on your computer.

I had similar problems to those posted by people here... To fix it I made sure similar installed programs/ widgets were turned off/ disabled. Go to Winterboard and turn off any theme that may have access to your lock screen.(this could be why some can't see it on their lock screen.) Trial/ error ... After a few tweaks mine worked fine... Love it!
