Mid afternoon's your safest bet, make sure you're ready with the net, take some bread, leave a trail of crumbs. Wait patiently until one comes, tip-toe up to it don't make a sound, place your bait gently on the ground, once you're nearby then you're in luck, now you know, how to catch a duck. - least I think that's right, hope it helps :)
