Maybe private firms will arise to do their jobs. Maybe start a web site showing these crooks with THEIR ID! A store where I worked had a clerk stealing credit cards. People would forget to take their cards back so she put them in her pocket. The store kept it quiet so did the cops! People never knew what happened!
