I love the sound of your R50, thank you for posting this. I hate when people try to put down R50s or minis in general, only real gear heads can see the potential in such a great car. If you get up to 150 whp you shoud figure out how to fit a limited slip differential on that bad boy!
@hummurabi2010 i tried to do that with my r50 after the midlands went bust, its a lot harder to do then to say, but if your a man whos got transmission work under your belt then you should prolly fit a turbo kit in there since your gonna go through all the work of remaping the ecu and fuckin with the ratios
i have a mini cooper 04 not an s am 115hp i want to make it a turbo is this possible btw im 17 and i need to add more hp to my mini what are good websites for mini cooper 2004 mods please comment

I would never do that to my R50 simply because of the midlands transmission. Once i do a GETRAG conversion... thats a different story.

4-1 header, decat, exhaust, filter, flywheel, camshaft, ecu remap, 7400rpm limiter, the car is prefacelift, has longer ratios than the facelift.
