@Proctor1992 No it's from the dizziness you sometimes feel when you're in love. "Faire tourner la tête" (to make head roll) actually means charming. "Faire tomber des têtes" (to make heads fall) is a look-alike saying but means killing people by indirect means, like the prosecutor does when he condemns someone to death.
