I saw him live in Boston on his "Blue Moon Swamp Tour" and he was great! People were standing from the first song to the last!

It was very nice of him to do a show for Vietnam vets. I am a viet vet and wish I could have been there. The guy is great.

The music of CCR and JCF has been unrivalled to this day and will be for the future ... once John has retired there will be no one left to be able to write such music timeless classic creme de la creme.

It carved my musical taste and has been the yardstick for every music and every musician to come after them/him.
