  • ok it's SIMPLE people. whether ya call it TomAto or TomATA it's still the same damn thing. also. ah. there is NOTHING higher in the economic food chain than free energy. and I DONT have to be mindful of my energy use IF it's only from FREE ENERGY as an in if i routed all my electrical things to a free energy electricity generation charging system that had NOT connections to the grid what so ever=ONE MORE PIECE OF FREEDOM. ya DONT tell me to watch SHIT then. you're welcome. Ron Paul ftw

  • Energy and electricity are not the same thing, yet people use the term "energy" as if it is. Electricity is a form of energy, but energy is not a form of electricity. Natural Gas is also a form of energy and so is Oil.

  • I got two monitors printer, scanner, disc drive, tower I switch it all off at the socket at night being in the bedroom i fancy all that electric power will have an effect on my body or brain it must put some energy in to the air. Am i getting paranoid.

  • See this is slightly striking, there is gap between what you are saying and what you are doing... Running 5+ servers a huge screen and checking your emails every 1 minute (and not replying). Maybe you could multiply your total page views by the total time of the videos * all session user times in IRC and work out your production's total energy wastage globally?

  • LATER DUDE I was just seen you in live its awesome

  • 3rd try.

  • My physics teacher told my class ( years ago) how to calculate the cost of energy, Unfortunately i cannot remember how to calculate it now. I wish i knew, beats buying a gadget,

  • Chris just tape a magnet to your electric metter,It works :D

  • i use a mac mini

  • thats one tight piece of technology dude shitt i wish i had on of those. AWESOME

  • Can anyone tell me how a flat screen monitor compares in usage to a traditional tube monitor? I was wondering if electrical savings could pay for the upgrade.

  • I live here in Korea, so my energy bill is usually around 15 to 20 dollars, after considering the exchange rate. Good times :)

  • thank god i dont have to worry about electricity bill, cause its for free in my country. nice video though, very helpful.

  • you should still be mindful of your energy usage. regardless of whether it is "free" or not.

  • my world geo teacher actually once got an electicity bill for like nine dollars because he turned off circuits for rooms he was not using anything in on the circuit board. true story. that was like a while ago though.

  • thats y i love thinkgeek

  • Surely you should just follow the simple rule that any inessential electrical device should be turned off. Even if you can't do the math you must have a good idea as to what is using loads of energy and what isn't (look on the label)? I love gadgets but an inline multimeter - nah - or was this a word from our sponsors?
