This aircraft is flying a A holding pattern, which is a procedure in which an aircraft flies a pre set track consisting of half rate-1 turns and a straight track of 1 to 3 minutes length.
It is used in case of high traffic and in emergencies.

The first jet, which you label as "going East" is the one that looks like an ANZ jet. You can't really tell what the marking are, but it seems to have a white body, and a darker tail, just like the ANZ jets.
The OTHER jets in your video, the ones the leave contrails, are not identifiable at all. They could be training flights, military flights, test flights, or commercial jets in a holding pattern.

Only international flights are exempt from fuel taxes. It would be difficult to change a global agreement like that. There were moves to do this Europe, but it was too complex with various countries opposed.

i'll tell you, it flew in from the south and was flying in circles in the north and flew southward upon exit.
youd expect that it would have therefore entered from the west (adelaide) and exited towards east (sydney), which didnt happen.
Do you really seriously think that a commercial airliner is going to stop the established flight path, to do this?

There's no way you can tell from the video that those jets are unmarked.
Jets sometimes fly in patterns like this, for pilot training, or testing of the jets, or avionic equipment.
