Ron Paul deserves props for breaking party ranks and opposing the PATRIOT Act and the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. But Paul is not a consistent libertarian. He has no desire to abolish Social Security or Medicare, which are enormous examples of government spending and power. And he has brought $400 million in pork back to his district.

Yes, i agree with you. I was thinking the exact same thing: Is anybody listening to this ? Forgive me, i am Canadian so i am not sure where this is taking place. This is Congress, correct ? Are there only 2 people working in Congress that day ? Where is everybody ? Every time i watch an important video taking place in that room, there room seems empty. Why is that ?
