My Hebrew is a little rusty but that was a funny dialogue between the Israeli Customs Agent and the guy. For those of that didn't realize their is a sign above the booth that is written in Hebrew and in the beginning the woman customs agent says, "Welcome to Israel", in Hebrew.

This video implies the guy is either an Arab or Palestinian because he dons the sunglasses, kafiyah and holds an Uzi. Within middle - eastern Arab & Palestinian culture; men wear head scarves referred to as Kafiyahs. Also, it tends to be a gun culture too. The Israeli woman customs agent seems to notice that his Passport picture is different than his actual appearance. It implies that is the stereotypical Arab or Palestinian.
