modifying your car is not illegal, if it was they wouldnt sell intakes at autozone. how much hp your car puts out has nothing to do with the legality of it being street worthy. now if he took out the seatbelts, and chopped the top off, then it'd be illegal. mo props for building a v8 killer!
@choyleefutkid1 If that was the reason why cars are street legal or not then most super cars wouldn't be street legal cos they can all outrun a police car no problem...
That's a MODIFIED engine!! (It is ILLEGAL) in most states!!!! HP doesn't matter usually. However engine modification has to be reasonable. ADDING a TURBO on a car that didn't come factory with one, is typically ILLEGAL for street use.

@HaiIttRedskins Yeah I know that. But it trips me out how you can get that much horsepower out of a little 4 banger and keep it legal. My buddy had an s-14 with a boosted SR and it was only pushing around 450hp and was illegale as fuck.
