The wizard of Oz has never been so cool! I love how Ben was inspired by it and even tho the content is obviously very different to their other stuff it just fits in so well and is one of my faves of theirs. I think the original is better and BB have defo got better acoustically more recently.

Saturate is VERY good. Phobia wasn't bad, but it didn't have the same sound as Saturate does. Phobia is a bit darker, which works well, but isn't my kind of music.

I absolutely LOVE Skin. Something about it is just wonderful. But apparently they don't like playing it.

And Breakdown is just beast. I fell in love with that song the moment I heard it.

Out of curiosity, do you know any other bands that are close to Breaking Benjamin? I know a few, but there has to be more...

they don't like skin because they wanted to release medicate as a single bu the record company pushed for skin

so they don't play it as a kind of fuck you to record company

I used to think of Rain as one of them but recently I've learned to like it. The vocals are excellent.

And I used to hate Topless, but I think I got some weird version, because when I listened to it the other day, I fell in love with it.

Turns out I don't hate any of their songs. I could listen to any of them 24/7 without a complaint.
