hi i was just watching your awesome vid and i was wondering about the landing,i had a fiddle on it last week and turned back without getting wet.are there any dangerous places to drop in? i had a swim around and it looks fine at high water.i cant find information on it anywhere and i would realy apreciate your advice.
also very well done on the route! climbed smoothly and very inspiring,i hope to get 8a one day after i conquer a few more 7`s. please reply to steneedle@hotmail.co.uk.thanks!
wtf!!!! i live like an hour/hour nd half max away from this place im well gonna have to go nd try that, sod the temp of the water its never gonna be warm lol.
This looks to be an awesome climb! I'm so going to have to have go at this climb! I think there was an article about this climb in a climb mag... could be wrong might of been an diffrent climb, anywayz well done!
One thing though, people shake our their arms on the wall because their arms get tense. They get tense because there is so much blood in the arms themselves. That said, if your going to shake our the arms, try and do it above your head, you'll notice a big difference. But great job!
Great effort! That water really must have been freezing! Bummer about the glasses.

The pump you get in your arms when climbing is due to lactic acid build up, not blood. Shaking out helps encourage blood flow away from the arm (as your arm is no longer tense and blood can flow more freely), thus removing the lactic acid from the muscles. Raising your arms above your head when doing this helps a fraction more as you then have gravity aiding the blood flow as well as the heart.
Wont the chalk get all sticky when you land in the water ? :o
