Without established countries where's it's a commercial competitor, I'm guessing it'd be damn near impossible to initiate it into the sports arena as another new league without folding within a few years.

That isn't always true. There are many different reasons for ED, and depending on which one you have it may be better to take one drug over another. It could be that he has something wrong with him where his body was producing less testosterone, and this was the best for it. He may have wanted to keep his ED private as that is something a lot of men who are rich already would be willing to lose money to keep private. I'm not saying that is what happened, but it is a possibility.
Drugs for ED are so easy to get from doctors. I have a problem with this as an excuse, since if he did need it he could have gotten a medical waiver for its use.

The only hitters that I can think of that aren't linked to roids are Jr, Jim Thome, and Frank Thomas I personally think that these drugs should be legal, even though I wouldnt do it considering the side effects, but its their body they can do whatever they want. The issue I have is with the media. I'm tired of the media telling me how horrible this is and baseball is ruined. Baseball has a history of cheating if those guys didn't get suspended for half a season y should any of these guys.

Well, he said that he wouldn't appeal, because he wants to do the suspension now, so he can get back for the end of the season, and he doesn't want the suspention to disrupt that, or the appeal to distract the team.
Now, I am not defending roids, but we don't have evidence of roids. However, I believe that even if it was a mistake, and he had a good reason to take this susbstance, it is banned, and there is no way he can win an appeal.
This was only banned last year, BTW.

Actually, I was talking to a buddy of mine who's dad played college ball and I believe minor league(clay forgive me if I'm wrong) and he told me that back in the day, you would go to the doctor and say you have erectile dysfunction in order to get the medcine because I guess it has some similar chemicals that are anabolic steroids. That isn't always true. There are many different reasons for ED, and depending on which one you have it may be better to take one drug over another. It could be that he has something wrong with him where his body was producing less testosterone, and this was the best for it. He may have wanted to keep his ED private as that is something a lot of men who are rich already would be willing to lose money to keep private. I'm not saying that is what happened, but it is a possibility.

What if it turns out that the "authorities" are wrong? In my experience the "authorities" do not have to be right, but only need the hierarchal "right" to do someone damage or punishment. The drug Manny took wasn't for Erectile Dysfunction. It was a drug that is prescribed to boys who are late in reaching puberty to speed up the process. The reason that major league baseball has banned it is because it's commonly used by steroid users to help avoid the testicular shrinking which comes as a side effect of the steroids. So the use of the drug that Manny tested for is a smoking gun that indicates that he's probably been taking performance enhancing drugs.
