both sides suffered heavily. my father's friend who was an Armenian Fedayi told us that they did very bad things in Khojaly. While it can't be classified as genocide as legally genocide means the intentional ethnic cleansing of an entire people, it was still intentional and very wrong. A major error on the part of the Armenians there. From what I know, those responsbile were actually reprimanded but i dont think they were fully punished.

both sides suffered heavily. my father's friend who was an Armenian Fedayi told us that they did very bad things in Khojaly. While it can't be classified as genocide as legally genocide means the intentional ethnic cleansing of an entire people, it was still intentional and very wrong. A major error on the part of the Armenians there. From what I know, those responsbile were actually reprimanded but i dont think they were fully punished.

it s not pictures, it s tape taken in Khojali. people which recorded it, on tape speak in azeri language. there is original of this tape and any spesialist can check, it s not fake. i can understand armenians ,which write here,that it s fake tape, it s difficult and not nice to accept, that their compatriots did it and not only it.

@Turalazeri My mother and grandmother are from Baku, Armenian, and they told of massacres against the Armenians in Baku and Sumgait.
Both sides have suffered the loss of innocent civilians. I have no hate for Turks or Azeris.
If it wasn't for a couple of powerful Turks in Baku at the time, my grandparents and mother could not have escaped.
While I believe Karabagh (Artsakh) is Armenian land and we should fight for it, I also believe that we should give back the remaining occupied lands.

Karabag never been Armenian lands. In everyy period of history it was Azerbaijan lands. And Azerbaijan Khan's (kings) run their power there and lived there. Many Old poets of Azerbaijan were from Garabagh. From Shusha. Even if we will look the pages of history u can see Irevan as Azerbaijan lands. Irevan Khanlig (kingdom) was Azerbaijan lands. in 1918 Armenians moved there and Garabagh from Turkey and other places.

The book published by Ash-Sharg (East) agency in Beirut has shed a light to those bloody events. The name of that book is For the sake of Cross. The author is Daud Kheyriyan has devoted the pages 19-76 of that book to the Khojaly events.

Khojaly is a settlement of Azerbaijan situated in the strategic point on the road Agdam-Shusha, Khankendi(Stepanakert)- Askeran near the only airport in Karabakh.
