@macrent2 Not a matter of Republican, but competence. It's laughable that Andy Klotz refused to talk to the media after Wednesday because they were "sensationalizing things". Klotz has said things indicating he willfully ignored safety to get Sugarland on stage so concert refunds wouldn't have to be issued. Witt & Associates can't do anything other than whitewash this garbage. That Witt was a Democrat in the 1990's is irrelevant, his findings will be based on getting future projects.

Insurance companies call it an act of god so they don't have to pay for the damages. Since the officials involved were given clear warning and still failed to act appropriately, they will be held liable for the deaths and and damages when the inevitable civil suits are filed.
