What's with the 'she doesn't smile' comments, of course she does! She's beautiful, thanks for drawing her =) If you want contstructive criticism... I think the shading's a bit too harsh on the right side (her left haha) and her eyes aren't matched but other than that it's great! =D If you don't want constructive criticism... Ignore everything before 'it's great' ;)
I've been drawing for years too and i agree JK Rowling is very hard to draw. But i think what you've done is really great :D and hey guys she does too smile!
