I like the emphasis on hydrating prior. I think the video is too long for what was presented and I don't like the encouraging of avoiding local sales tax. If you can afford food from Lydia's I assume you can afford to pay sales tax and it does help the local economy.

Great information, thanks John! Although I am not so sure about your "overload" theory. I like to enjoy the experience of a raw restaurant, so I don't want to be full when I go there. If I ever open a restaurant, I will have someone at the door keeping an eye out for people like you bringing in their own produce. Love you!
