It's not an UFO, I don't know how it's called in Enlgish but in Spanish it's called as a Centella, it's another phenomenom of lightings, there are also people who see on the fores or hills some of these effects, there are people who called that in spanish "las brujas de las colinas" but there is a lighting in a ball form
footage = behind window , when he's move the camera.. the phone reflects into the window and back into the lence.. same movement same time, same motion, doesnt appear to be outside @ all.. prespective is key
SoylentJesus this is very common and is highly likely to be LENS FLARE. This is caused by a direct light source (streetlamp) entering and causing defraction across the internal lens elements of your camcorder. Try pointing your camera at the streetlamp again and see what happens.
You can see what causes it. Just above the street light, there is a rotating spot light. As it turns it's projecting a light onto a cloud or fog. Totally in sync.
more like some dude with a lantern ,, u can even see the glint off his glasses- equals a bunch a bullpitooty

I'm not skeptical as I believe in aliens, but this is obviously light passing through the camera lens.

Its not a lens flare, it did not move in sync with the camera movment and the object moved first it seems.
