I remember ATSF using cabless units on mainlines, but slugs they were used with Switchers. using slugs on mainline is a new one for me. excellent catch Walter :-)
I've never seen anything like the 3rd unit on the train. Why put a cab in I guess if all it is going is help the other locos. Cool
