believe it or not being main singer and main guitarrist is very very very difficult almost impossible human brain almost never can focus on doin 2 things at the same time

Tom does a great job singing and playing like that at the same time but if they can hire another main guitarrist so Tom plays second guitar(easier) tom would sound better with his voice
