I tried doing all missions first, and for some odd reason it still didn't come up either. Strange isn't it.

when you have completed the game can you then retry missions?

you can replay all the missions besides the opening one with the black suit

after that you have to start a new game to replay them

if you want to replay them with red just create a new gamertag/profile and do newgame

u dont unlock this until u get rid of the black suit btw
