Nice to see sensual dancing along with the smooth pole moves. Too many vertical gymnasts out there without dancing ability.

@koolsummerbreeze Thank you Hon! I do consider myself to have a pretty sensual style. I think the dancers thats are true gymnasts on the pole are amazing to watch, but I don't think that is really me. I haven't been trained in gymnastics or any formal dance so just dancing to what feels good is what made me fall in love with pole. Thank you so much for watching!! :) XOXO

@Shazney84 Thank you so much Sharon!! I would have to say that's my favorite shoulder mount move!! I actually use a twisted grip when doing it. I tend to feel more secure when I use that particular spin on static or on spin mode. =D XOXO

@jennasmom79 Thank you hon!! I just learned that spiral decent from one of Karol Helm's workshops, it's such a pretty way to transition down. Wow...Karol is so Amazing and such a great teacher!!! One of the tricks to that decent is a bit of a twist with your hands as you pull you leg around. Can't wait to see it in one of your vids!! ;D
