  • thanks for the info appreciate it

  • thanks for the information it was helpful

  • she isn't fat, she's just big boned

  • @bazilmeister I'd like to big bone her

  • @tennisgurl206next time do a natural birth..

  • I have a question, i gave birth c-section after i couldnt exercise for seven months. (trying to do aerobics or so on just gave me an unbelieveble pain in my back where i had the epidural) i want to do pilates and i want to know how many mintues do i have to do it a day?

  • Can I mix pilates with my bodybuilding workout?

  • Nono, not yoga.Yoga means balance and is by FAR more than muscles or bones. Yoga was a starting point for all chinese, japanese and korean martial arts. You just cant compare yoga to this, sorry. What you are doing is simple static workout.

  • great explanation, thank you for your thoroughness! well done!

  • same crap like most aerobatics

  • lickable babe

  • I am planning on doing both yoga and pilates for flexibility and breathing techniques. I am also planning on doing some dance for confidence and footwork. Guess what I am, a fucking fighter. ahaha yeah it's true, I read a lot of shit online, but this seems true.If I could wrestle next year and go as far as masters or state I will thank this.Toned legs and flexibility are needed when wrestling in the 189-215 weight classes, because if someone sinks in a half-nelson you can get out thanks to this.

  • Now I know this is bullshit, there is no such thing as "toning" and "lengthening" without surgery or injury.

  • Great video!

  • 1:59 i'd chomp right on that thing

  • Thanks for this very helpful video :D

  • Good video and well explained, most of these are similar to the original karate exercises i did over thirty five years ago.

  • It does work . It fixed my disk when my back went out and three day i was good to go again.

    Good vid!

  • after watching this video i started doing pilates, im up to half and hour lol but im gonna definately practise every night. i do some of thesse excercises at my dancing classes.

  • sexy questions as to being visitor and having language barriors about, asking about appropiateness about massages' and the appropiate way of knowing what isn't being over feely and just getting relaxed touching of massage to problem areas, that are hard to loosen up, ouch, are you trying to start a fight with your frined?" "just talk, and yeah it is athing about i wouldalso feel wierd about being around a group of friends and then freaking out about it then lying that i didnt feel violated."

  • yes pilates can make u lose weight

  • wow heathers pretty hot , does she teach anywhere in michigan lol. i have a book on pilates and it does work , its almost as if you can control the blood flow and it feels so good. its so weird cuz its like yoga , im still wondering about the differences.

  • correct me if im wrong, but in order to lose weight with pilates, you have to also eat healthy, not just doing the exercise will help you get the image you want. :)

  • @dramaprincess69 it's like that with every single form of excercise you do, you can't get the results you want, if you're doing good exercises, but have a poor diet.

  • yes, pilates will help you lose weight. i lost 30 pounds in 3 months

  • can pilates help to loose weight?

  • pilates has saved my life, two torn discs in lower back, chronic back pain, surgery couldnt help only steriod injection could take pain away maybe, then physio saw me and suggested pilates, he showed me the breathing technique which he said would work my tranversus abdominus muscle and support my spine and within two days the pain stopped after four years of suffering. i do it every other day and feel great and get no pain anymore. pilates miracle! hatha yoga gold?

  • she isn't fat. she is healthy.

  • @esterra90 - You can keep your womanly curves. You can keep your skinny. I'll take strong muscle any day.

  • @esterra90 I couldn't agree more with you.

  • does she seems fat to you? I think she is thin just as is normal to be...it's because of people like you that most of girls are suffering from anorexia because of the social pressure around them, people like you makes me really angry

  • i sent an email to you so as not to start some kind of whine fest with people lol

  • I do Pilates and its the only thing that has worked for my body and soul! its really REALLY awesome and great! you feel energetic and very good inside ur skin! thx for posting! 5 stars!

  • Comparing true Hatha Yoga with Pilates, is like comparing Gold with (imagine something bad ;))

I am sure Pilates is good fitnesstraining, but Yoga ist bodycontroll in perfection, it`s a fucking art!!

    so far

  • Hello,

what should I say , Thanks for information

  • Thanks for the info. Pilates is more strength and muscle training than yoga I'm guessing? I do yoga but then I guess pilates is more precise. Well I love yoga though but pilates looks good too.

  • thank you for the info

  • pilates are very much like yoga. I don't see much difference. Personally i prefer yoga over pilates

  • Yoga FTW!!!! :) sorry...

But then again, I kinda would like to do that... Just because I heard that it was more fast paced, is that true?

Because I don't know, it would be a lot more fun to do a yoga like activity where there is more activity, and possibly electronic music playing, rather than meditation music...

  • great video, hope you keep posting.

  • Psychetruth is a great channel! I find myself on a daily basis thinking about my health more. I read product labels now before I buy it, I have started losing weight! And now I think I might like to check out Pilates. I love you psychtruth! You may have changed my life.

  • You should check out Mike Adams, the Health Ranger at natural news dot com. His publications are extremely informative, although it challenges a lot of Western civilization's dietary choices, especially red meat consumption.

  • I will! Thanks!

  • a balance between mind and body, which effects the spirit in a positive way :) great video!

  • I've done Pilates. It is very good for back problems. It's taught in a lot of different styles and consistency. You're not going to walk into every Pilates class and get the same thing.

  • The pilates also known as M45, the Seven Sisters, SED, or Subaru (in Japan), is an open cluster in the constellation of Taurus. It is among the nearest star clusters, and is probably the best known, and is certainly the most obvious to the naked eye. It is sometimes referred to as the Maia Nebula, perhaps erroneously considering that the reflection nebulosity surrounding Maia is intrinsic (see below).

  • Keep moving...stay young...but remember to stretch first.

  • I love pilates - just can't seem to get the positions right :). Guess I need to get an instructor...

  • great information! I have taken Pilates classes for a few months and I have better control/focus on mind-body strengthening.

  • I have not tried pilates, only yoga. Perhaps I will try it.

  • i am a big fan of pilates and i will do them all my life pilates and swimming those two are my exercise routine

  • true dat

  • Now I know how to pronounce the word and something about the practice, thank you.
