I believe from my own point of view, that tobacco and alcohol are not things that must be totally evaded but instead one must control their doses, per say, just smoke in ocassion that one can smoke like a party or in an eveining with ur friends, 2 cigarretes once in a while dont affect u that much and alcohol must only be drinked to the point that the dizzyness starts, even exercise can kill you at the wrong amount. For the last 2 years I only would have 2 drinks per day so I was a responsible, under control alcoholic, but an alcoholic nonetheless. 35 days ago I quit drinking completely and plan to stay "dry". I come from a family that is about 90% alcoholics, but most are "in control" and keep within limits and never drive while drinking etcetera.
