@spartan30117 It's a great idea however, in the game there is an act that prevents an 'only child' from enlisting to fight, therefore, "Dallas" as you call him, is unable to fight. Because Clayton was presumed dead (even though we know different). So I doubt we'd find a fourth game with Carmine on the way anytime soon.

Haha it's funny to go back and read everyone's speculations from when this video first released. Then after staying tuned to Epic's announcements and reading the Gears novels, I've learned a lot about the game. It's just funny to go back and see how off people were (including me) in our adrenaline-fueled speculations. That being said, September 20 can't get here soon enough!!!

At 2:45 it reminds me of a Kantus by the way it holds its arm out and screams at the foe. The way it spawns Polyps (the little critters that scutter around Delta Squad later in the video) also kinda reminds me of the way the Kantus is able to revive the locust grunts.

I think it's a mutation of the Kantus, but it's not confirmed so I don't know.

I think the Locust and Humans are going to eventually team up. Thats what typically happens when theres a situation when a greater third faction enemy gets involved in movies and games, the other two enemies end up siding on the same team to defeat a greater foe.
