Perdita is a wonderful person. She might have came in last today but she is still number one to me.Time has come to pass the torch to Mrs. Lopes.Perdita will be just fine whatever she does next.. She might have went down but she will get back up and keep going.
it doesn't matter if she will be 31 in 2012..look at Bridgette Foster and delloreen Ennis london two jamaican hurdlers who are in their thirties who are at the prime of their careers...and she has done adequate training since then..if she didn't how would she have won silver in osaka
me too man, I can't believe her dream was shattered by another runner that can't run in a straight line with hurdles on the way. This is a nightmare. I know it's only a race, but how can you fall when you never usually fall? Pressure is too much for her = not a champion but a choker. sucks, but that's the truth. What a shame for the country. Perdita, sounds like Perdre in french, wich means lose.
im a hurdler, and perdita is definitely my role model. i would love to meet her in person

I am from the US and Perdita Felicien is a great athlete. Man, it is a shame that she has to put her olympic dreams on hold.
