@EuphrasieF I do think it's worth it, although it's not 'amazingly great'. The third season, admittedly, is a letdown (and I say this as a big fan of the show), but the second season is especially good and the first season is solid. What makes the show so memorable is Lance Henriksen's stellar dark, almost sinister acting, and the general sinister and dark feel of the show. No cheesiness or misplaced comic relief or forced happiness. It's raw and gritty, which is missing in a lot of shows.
I loved that wonderful Crime/Drama/Mystery TV show. Lance Henriksen was brilliant. The 90's had so many awesome TV shows - this one, La Femme Nikita, The X Files, ER, Acapulco H.E.A.T., Walker Texas Ranger, RoboCop The Series, F/X, L.A. Heat, Spy Game, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, The Pretender, Babylon 5, Lexx, Earth Final Conflict, TekWar, MK Conquest, Soldier of Fortune Inc, Dark Skies, Amazon, SeaQuest, Xena, Farscape, Baywatch, Renegade, Melrose Place, Highlander...
as a war veteren, dean winters puts the words together that i couldnt. this scene means soo much to me, he summs up everything I can't, and although i am pro-firearms, I dont own any cause I know the character that dean Winters plays is me, and if I get too drunk i will turn that shit on myself.
allright kid i'lll find ya some kind of treat around here,,,,,,,,,,ends up giving him a Lucky Strike. never wouldve imagined Lance and Dean would come around so nicely.
@tiecuando Not sure what the "Millennium" name is for it, but there are almost whimsical undertones of Handel's "Sarabande" in it...
This particular bit of music was also used in an X-Files episode where Mulder and Scully are investigating vampire activity at a trailer park, and they need to give their (differing) accounts of what happened after Mulder kills one of the residents with a wooden stake.
@tiecuando Me too. I wish the producers would put together a collection of all of the music, original and otherwise, that was featured in Millennium and The X-Files. That would be awesome!
thanks 4 uploading i used to love the series I'm glad I found it Mr. Henriksen awesome I also like him in Alien. It is such a pity the show went off, but is also on channel chiller a new 1 you can also watch it there.
Well, there's the start of a coupla decades of therapy for the kid! :)
